Shenzhen Yunqi Intelligence Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as "we" or “us”) are committed to protecting your personal privacy. What information do we collect

1. The information you voluntarily provide to us
Yunqi collects a variety of information that you provide directly to us, including any information that may be contained in videos, comments or other submissions that you upload or post to the Services. Yunqi may collect information from you in the following circumstances: registration and management of your Yunqi account; uploading or posting to the Services; customer support and technical support; processing your orders for products or services provided by Yunqi; your registration for Yunqi products; providing you with updates about Yunqi products; obtaining firmware and application software updates for Yunqi devices (such as vacuum cleaners); accessing Yunqi products or services on social networks or third party services; services provided online through your mobile device or Yunqi software; other uses of the service for which information is requested and/or engaged. The specific type of information collected depends on the service you use, the way you use it and the content you choose to provide, which may include your name, email, phone number, product serial number, home address, cell phone number, shipping address, gender, date of birth and postal code. Our mobile services may require you to provide your Wi-Fi name and access to your photos and videos to enable you to upload photos and videos to your mobile device, your Yunqi account or social media accounts. When you shop in our online store, we may collect data such as the purchases you make, the items in your shopping cart, and the frequency you make purchases. We also collect information that you choose to include in your Yunqi account, including but not limited to videos and photos.

2. The information we collect automatically
When you use the Yunqi Services on the Site through, including but not limited to, Yunqi devices, applications (on web or mobile devices), Yunqi accounts and our website access service and online store, we may collect certain information as described below to improve our products and software services, resolve problems, better the Services, manage and security experience, track and analyze service condition, provide content to cite traffic sources and improve the Service as a whole. We may use third-party analytics providers and technologies to assist in collecting this information.

3. The Website
When you use our website (including our online store), we may collect and analyze information about your computer or mobile device, such as your IP address, mobile device identifier (for example, IDFA or similar advertising identifiers on Apple products such as iPhones and iPads), browser type, browser language, operating system, the state or country where you access to the Service, exit page and URL, platform type, number of clicks, domain name, login page, pages browsed and browsing order, time spent on specific pages, the date and time you used the Services and uploaded or posted content, error logs and other similar information. We monitor our clients' traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Site.

4. Yunqi Devices
When you connect a Yunqi device to the Yunqi software application (described below), we may automatically receive certain information about the Yunqi device and its usage, including serial number, IP address, firmware version, log file, settings, duration, error rate, and other similar usage information. This information helps us to improve our products and services, resolve errors, and analyze errors.

5、APP
When you use the APP, we may automatically receive certain information about your mobile device and the usage of that application, including mobile device identifiers (e.g., UDID, IDFA or similar advertisement identifiers on Apple products (e.g., iPhone and iPad, etc.)), system, version, IP address and other similar information, such as in time spent in different parts of the mobile application. We will also collect information about your location, including general information (e.g. IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g. GPS functions on the mobile device used to access to the Services), as described below.

6.Location information
When installing our mobile applications, you will be asked to grant access permission to the geolocation data of your mobile device. If you grant such permission, we may collect information about your precise geographic location (i.e., your real-time geographic location) and may use that information to define functions. If you access the Services from your mobile device and do not want it to upload location information to us, you may disable GPS or other location functions on your mobile device, provided that your mobile device allows you to do so. 7.Information from other sources
Yunqi may collect information about you from third parties (e.g., trading partners, marketers, social networking services) and other third parties that may be used to supplement the information we collect directly from you. If you connect to a third party website (e.g. social network), platform or service through the Service, it is deemed that you authorize us to collect, store and use any and all information (e.g. names, and you agree that the website or other third party platform may provide information, such as email and location provided, to Yunqi based on your settings on the third party website or platform) in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When you connect to a third party website, platform or service through our Service, you are deemed to accept the Agreement.

8.Anonymous or unidentified data
We may collect data that has taken the form of anonymization or de-identification, or we may manually anonymize and/or de-identify information collected by the Services or by other means that does not identify you. Our use and disclosure of aggregated and/or de-identified information is not subject to any limitations in this Privacy Policy and we may disclose it to others without restriction for any purpose.

The use of collected information

How we use the information we collect

We use the information collected through Yunqi products and services in a variety of ways to enhance Yunqi products and services and to operate our business. Our use of the information we collect includes the following.
- Providing services to you: We process your account and personal information, device information, usage information, location information and smart device-related information to provide the products and services you request. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of our contract with you in accordance with our Terms of Use.
- Improving our services: We process your device information, usage information, location information and smart device-related information to ensure the function and security of our products, to develop and improve our products and services, to analyze our operation efficiency, and to prevent and track fraud or misuse behaviors. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of our contract with you in accordance with our Terms of Use.
- Non-marketing communications: We process your personal data for the purpose of sending you important information about the Services, changes in terms, conditions and policy changes and/or other administration-related information. Because of the importance of such information, you may not be able to reject such emails. If there are any changes in the purposes for which your personal information is processed, we will notify you of such changes via email and/or prominent notice on our website and inform you of your choices regarding your personal information.

Information sharing and disclosure

We will not disclose information you collect through Yunqi products and services to third parties except as described in this Policy or as disclosed to you in connection with our collection of information. We may disclose information to third parties under the following circumstances:

We may share your information with our parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries worldwide in order to provide you with Yunqi products and services.

Any information that you voluntarily choose to upload to publicly accessible websites or sites using Yunqi products and services, or that you choose to make public, will be available to anyone who has the right to access to that content, including other users.

Our cooperation with third-party service providers provides us with payment facilitation, shipping, hosting, maintenance, account verification and other services. We require these service providers to use or disclose the information they process on our behalf only to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.

If it is required by law, we may preserve and disclose your information or otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies and to comply with a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or request.

We also reserve the right: to retain and disclose information that we in good faith deem appropriate or necessary to (i) prevent liability, (ii) protect ourselves or others from infringement of fraud, abuse or illegal use or activity, (iii) investigate and defend us against any third-party claims or allegations, (iv) protect the security or integrity of Yunqi products and services, and any facilities or equipment used to provide Yunqi products and services, or (v) protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcing our agreements), or the rights, property or safety of others.

Yunqi uses a third-party authentication service provider to verify certain users of Yunqi products and services, and Yunqi may disclose information to that service provider. The service provider may retain evidence information provided during the account verification process for compliance and other purposes, and may provide such information, as well as your login ID or email, to government agencies, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies and other duly-authorized applicable laws. We require our contract with service providers to regulate that such service providers can only use or disclose the information they process on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. If you consent to our disclosure of information to third parties, information about our users, including information provided by you and any information collected through Yunqi products and services, may be disclosed and otherwise communicated in any merger, acquisition, debt financing, asset sale or similar transaction, to the acquirer, successor or transferee, or in the event of bankruptcy, as an asset of our business transferred to one or more third parties.

We may provide certain aggregated, de-identified or non-identified information about users of Yunqi products and services to third parties for various purposes, including (i) for commercial or marketing purposes; (ii) for product security analysis; (iii) for assisting such parties in understanding our users' interests, habits and usage patterns of certain content, services, advertising, promotions and/or features of Yunqi products and services.

Rights regarding the collection of information

We respect your rights and we also hold your personal data. You may exercise any of the following rights：

You can access and update your information on your Yunqi account page. As required by law, you may have the right to request access to other information, including requesting access to and receive certain information about the information about you that we maintain, updating or correcting inaccuracies in the information about you that we maintain, and to block and delete the information as appropriate. Similarly, if you cancel your Yunqi account, you will not be able to log in to Yunqi products or services or access any of your information. You may, however, open a new account at any time. Please note that we may retain all information you submit as authorized by applicable law for backup, archiving purposes, fraud and abuse prevention, analysis, or circumstances that we have reasonable and justifiable reason to do so. In addition, if certain information has been provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the retention of that information will be governed by those third party policies.

If you receive a commercial email or text message from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the email or text message. You can also email to support@yunqizn.com request to reject commercial emails or text messages from us.

We use Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data; Google has provided other privacy options at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.

Third-party services
Yunqi products and services may contain features offered by third parties or links to other sites and services. Any information you provide on third-party websites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to the policies of those operators' privacy and security governance, even if it has accessed through Yunqi products and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices, or policies of third-party websites or services to which links are provided or accessed through Yunqi products and services, and we recommend that you review the privacy policy of each site you visit.

Children's privacy
Yunqi products and services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 without parental consent.

Security measures

We take commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical security measures to enhance the integrity and security of your personal data we collect and maintain. Yunqi provides a variety of security policies to effectively ensure the data security of users and devices. Please note that no security measure is perfect, and therefore we cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in violation of any of our physical, technical or organizational security measures.

International transfer of personal data
Yunqi products and services are linked to servers hosted in the United States, China and Hong Kong. If you choose to use Yunqi products and services from the European Union or other parts of the world, please note that your information may be transferred for storage and processing outside of those regions. In addition, we may transfer your data from the United States, China and Hong Kong to other countries or regions for data storage and processing, to fulfill your requests and to provide services related to Yunqi products and services. You should be aware that the local laws in these countries / regions may differ from those in the European Economic Area or elsewhere and provide less protection. For users located in the EEA, the information you transmit is protected in a manner consistent with the way we protect your information in the EEA, such as requiring the recipients of the data to sign a model contract approved or certified by the European Commission under the EU-US Privacy Shield. The international transfer of data is necessary to fulfill the contract with you (to make the Yunqi application available).

Information retention period

We will process your personal information for the shortest period of time necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by specific laws. We will determine the appropriate retention period based on the volume, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, and when the retention period expires, we will destroy your personal information. If we are unable to destroy the data for technical reasons, we will take appropriate measures to prevent further use of your personal information.

Statement of policy change

We may update this policy according to information changes. If we make any major changes, we will make the Policy available on or through the Yunqi Products and Services and specify the date of the most recent revision. We will make every effort to notify you of changes. Subject to applicable law, your continued use of the Yunqi Products and Services after the effective date of the revised Policy indicates that you have read, understand and agree to the current version of this Policy.
